TESTIMONIALS
My baby daughter and I loved Sarah’s classes and the warm, welcoming atmosphere she creates. Her gentle yoga is a great tonic for post natal recovery and beyond. It was a bonus to get to know other mums and babies after class over tea and biccies too!

Sarah’s Monday morning classes are a wonderfully relaxing and energising treat. The garden studio in the middle of South Ealing is a beautiful setting for this class and is complemented by Sarah’s calm and attentive approach. She uses her knowledge of Hatha yoga to provide insightful tips and adapt exercises to individual needs. Highly recommend for a rejuvenating start to the week!

I have loved Sarah's pregnancy yoga classes! It has felt good to learn all the stretches and relaxations to help guide me through my pregnancy. I met some lovely people going through the same journey and Sarah is very welcoming and friendly, making it a nice environment. I would recommend her classes and look forward to hopefully taking the baby along to her baby yoga in a few months time.

I really look forward to Sarah's class each Monday. It's such a calming start to the week. It is always a small class. The venue is idyllic. I've only been doing it over the autumn and winter and am looking forward to seeing the garden room in the summer. Sarah always has a focus for the term and then the session. I have already felt a huge improvement in my flexibility after doing a term and a bit. I always leave feeling re-centred and calm even after a frantic morning. Because it is a small class Sarah is able to keep an eye on how we are doing the postures- but she does this with a really light touch. No shaming if we can't do things. She will give alternatives for the moves which we can choose. We will often have the choice of using props to help us to get the postured right. It is always a friendly atmosphere and Sarah is really kind and approachable.

I'M PREGNANT WHEN CAN I START COMING TO CLASSES
Pregnancy yoga - from 14 weeks onwards is the best time to start coming, during the first trimester you may be feeling more tired or unwell as you adjust to the changes going on in your body. You can continue attending pregnancy yoga right up until baby arrives. You may actually find it helpful to ease aches and pains or help you relax during the later stages of pregnancy.
I'VE JUST HAD A BABY CAN I COME TO SESSIONS?
After having a baby it's important to take the first few weeks to let your baby adjust their new world outside of the womb and allow yourself plenty of time to bond as a new family, recover together and enjoy all the new baby hugs.
From 4 weeks onwards you can attend the nurture baby yoga and massage class which is tailored to the early postpartum period.
From 8 weeks onwards after you've had your postnatal check up you are welcome to join the carer and baby yoga sessions which have a little more focus on postnatal yoga.
I HAVE AN INJURY CAN I ATTEND?
Please contact Sarah to discuss your injury before joining a session. All students are asked to fill out a health declaration when they join a session, as long as your doctor has cleared you to exercise you should be able to join otherwise Sarah will direct you to a more specialist class. There will be lots of modifications during the session so the class is inclusive to everyone.
